What is Laughter Yoga?
Laughter Yoga is a combination of yogic breathing, stretching and laughter exercises. The word “Yoga” derives from the Sanskrit word meaning to harmonise, what could be better than to harmonise our mind, body and spirit by laughing?!
Laughter Yoga is not reliant on humour, jokes or comedy. A laughter session is initially simulated as a physical exercise but soon turns to real laughter through childlike playfulness.
