Reiki was rediscovered by the Japanese monk Dr Mikao Usui.  Reiki is referred to in ancient Sanskrit writings dating back 2500 years ago.  The Usui system of Natural Healing names after Dr Usui has been passed down by Reiki Masters since that time and today it’s practised worldwide.
